Description
A stunning example of early Swiss modernist design: the Safari chair designed by Wilhelm Kienzle in 1928 for Wohnbedarf, Zurich. Crafted in solid oak with bronze fittings and thick natural colour saddle leather, this piece reflects both functional clarity and refined craftsmanship.
The seat leather has been renewed, while all other elements remain in original condition. Its restrained geometry and honest materials make it a timeless classic in 20th-century furniture design.
