Authentic DSX side chair designed by Charles & Ray Eames, produced by Herman Miller / Fehlbaum in the 1970s. This example features a warm golden fiberglass shell with a particularly beautiful, clearly visible fiberglass grain, a quality characteristic of early and mid-period production.

The chair is mounted on its original chrome-plated steel H-base, fitted with white glides. The base is clean and structurally solid, with light age-appropriate wear. The fiberglass shell shows minor signs of use consistent with careful domestic or office use, without cracks or repairs.

The chair retains its original paper Herman Miller / Fehlbaum label to the underside of the shell, confirming authenticity and production period — a detail valued by collectors.

A well-balanced and honest example of one of the most iconic seating designs of the 20th century. The rich colour and expressive fiberglass texture make this chair especially suitable as a single statement piece, as part of a dining or desk setting, or for a design-focused interior or collection.
